Plumbing Careers | Pineapple Plumbing
By participating in the Pineapple Referral Rewards program (“Program”), the referring customer (“Referrer”) and the new customer (“Referee”) agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- The Referrer must be an existing Pineapple Plumbing customer in good standing.
- The Referee must be a new customer who has never booked or paid for a service with Pineapple Plumbing before.
- Self-referrals (referring yourself, a second address you own, or a household member already in our
system) do not qualify.
2. Referral Submission
- The Referee must be submitted through Pineapple Plumbing’s official referral form, including the Referrer’s full first and last name.
- Referrals missing required information will not be counted.
3. Booking Window
- The Referee must book a service within 30 days of the referral being submitted. Referrals not booked within this window expire and do not qualify.
4. Job Must Be Completed and Paid in Full
The referred service must be fully completed by Pineapple Plumbing and the invoice paid in full before either gift card is released. No gift card will be issued for a job that is scheduled, in progress, partially paid, disputed, or cancelled.
If a job is later refunded, reversed, or the payment is disputed after a gift card has already been issued, Pineapple Plumbing reserves the right to void the gift card or recover its value.
5. Gift Card Issuance
- Once the job is completed and paid in full, both the Referrer and Referee will receive a text and/or email
with instructions to claim their $25 gift card. - Please allow up to 30 business days after full payment is received for gift cards to be issued.
6. Referral Limits
- There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can refer.
- Each Referrer may earn a maximum of $600 in referral gift cards per calendar year.
7. Gift Card Details
- Gift cards are issued as Visa gift cards.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards have no expiration date unless otherwise stated at issuance.
8. Program Changes
Pineapple Plumbing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals submitted and completed before any such change will still be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
9. Disqualification
Pineapple Plumbing reserves the right to disqualify any referral it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms.
