Pineapple Plumbing is a veteran-owned, family-owned plumbing company serving Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, and the rest of the Lowcountry. We started this company because we were tired of seeing homeowners overcharged, talked into repairs they didn’t need, or treated like just another number. So we built something different: show up when we say we will, tell the truth about what’s wrong, and fix it right the first time. No upsells. No scare tactics. No mystery charges.
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for people who want to do honest work, get paid well for it, and build something with us from the ground up.
We’re hiring for residential plumbing jobs across Charleston and the Lowcountry, with opportunities for apprentice, journeyman, and experienced plumbing technicians.

Veteran-owned, hands-on leadership. Co-founder Austin Holcomb brings hands-on plumbing experience along with the discipline he picked up serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Co-founder Austin Webb is a lifelong Summerville native with over a decade in the trade. Between them, that’s more than 22 years of plumbing experience, and they’re still out running jobs alongside the team, not sitting behind a desk.
Real pay for real work. Every technician earns a guaranteed base hourly rate, period. On top of that, once you close enough business in a week, you move to a performance-based payout instead, so your best weeks are rewarded like they should be. No caps on what you can earn.
A company van, tools, and everything you need. You show up, we make sure you’re equipped: company vehicle, fuel, materials, and a modern field app on your phone so you’re never digging through paperwork.
A small team where your work actually matters. We’re a five-person, owner-operated plumbing company covering the tri-county Lowcountry area. You won’t be a number here. You’ll know the owners, the owners will know you, and what you do every day will directly shape whether this company succeeds.
Room to grow. Whether you’re just getting started in the plumbing trade or you’re a licensed journeyman looking for a better shop, there’s a real path here toward more responsibility, more pay, and eventually a bigger role in the company as we grow.
What We Believe
Honesty over upsells. We diagnose the real problem, price it fairly with flat-rate pricing, and never talk a customer into something they don’t need.
Show up, every time. Reliability is the whole business. If we say we’ll be there, we’re there.
Do it right the first time. Callbacks cost trust. We’d rather take the extra ten minutes and get it right.
Treat every home like our own. Respect for the customer’s space is not optional.

What a Day Looks Like
You’ll run a company van across Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, Daniel Island, Goose Creek, or Hanahan, handling residential plumbing service calls, water heater installs, drain cleaning, and repipes. You’ll talk directly with homeowners, explain what you’re seeing in plain language, and price the job up front with our standard flat-rate book, no surprises. You’ll log the job in our field app as you go. And at the end of a job well done, you’ll ask for a Google review, because we know the work speaks for itself when we ask.

Plumber Technician — Residential Service & Install
Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems across the greater Charleston area. Run a company van, work directly with homeowners, and deliver honest, flat-rate-priced work with no upsells or scare tactics. Apprentice-level candidates welcome; licensed journeyman and master plumbers encouraged to apply.
