Austin Webb brings 14+ years of hands on plumbing experience, while Austin Holcomb brings strong experience in customer service, operations, and leadership as a U.S. Marine veteran. Together, they built Pineapple Plumbing around a simple idea: treat every customer with respect and do the job right the first time.
We believe plumbing service should be straightforward. No unnecessary repairs, no scare tactics, and no surprise charges. Just honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and solutions that make sense for your home.

Austin Web Bio
Austin Webb was born and raised in Summerville, South Carolina, and has spent his entire adult life mastering the plumbing trade. With over 14 years of hands on experience across every corner of the field, from routine repairs to complex installations, Austin brings deep technical knowledge and genuine care to every job he takes on.
As co owner and field manager of Pineapple Plumbing, Austin leads by example, working alongside his team to make sure every customer in the Lowcountry gets honest, high quality service at a fair price. His passion for the trade shows in the details, and his commitment to doing the job right the first time has earned him a loyal base of customers across Berkeley, Charleston…

As a U.S. Marine veteran, I believe in showing up on time, working hard, and treating every customer with respect. Those values are the foundation of Pineapple Plumbing and are reflected in every job we take on, from simple repairs to complete plumbing installations.
Charleston has been home for nearly my entire life, and I’m proud to serve the Lowcountry community that has given so much to me and my family. I started Pineapple Plumbing with one goal: to build a plumbing company people can trust, one that puts customers first and stands behind its work.

Chief Financial Officer
Amber Webb Bio
As Co Founder and Chief Financial Officer, Amber directs financial strategy, budgeting, and fiscal operations to drive sustainable growth. A third generation entrepreneur, she grew up around small business ownership, bringing a lifetime of real world business instincts to building a strong, modern company alongside her husband and fellow co founder, Austin Webb.
While finance and operations are her primary domain, Amber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education. This unique background serves as one of her greatest executive strengths, equipping her with the exceptional ability to translate complex financial concepts and data into clear, actionable strategy for the entire team.
Based in Saint George, South Carolina, Amber balances her executive role with a busy family life. She and Austin have been together for 12 years, married for six, and share two kids. When she gets a quiet moment to herself, she loves unwinding with a great fantasy or romance novel.
Director of Customer Experience
Sara Holcomb Bio
Sara Holcomb is the Director of Customer Experience at Pineapple Plumbing, and she’s often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call. She knows plumbing problems can be stressful, so her goal is to make every customer feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of from the very first conversation.
Whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or coordinating with our plumbing technicians, Sara is committed to providing friendly, organized, and dependable customer service. She believes that clear communication and genuine kindness can make all the difference, and she works hard to ensure every homeowner has a positive experience with Pineapple Plumbing.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking trips to make new memories, trying out new restaurants, and relaxing with her favorite video games. Her fun loving personality and passion for connecting with people shine through both at home and at work.
As part of our family owned, veteran owned business, Sara is proud to help serve homeowners throughout the Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester county areas with the same care and hospitality we’d want for our own family.

Cameron Brown Bio
Cameron brings marketing and business development skills to Pineapple Plumbing, helping the team connect with homeowners across Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. As a partner, he leads the company’s growth strategy, from expanding its online presence to driving new opportunities that help the business reach more homeowners across the Lowcountry.
Cameron’s approach is rooted in the same values that built Pineapple Plumbing: honest work and genuine care for the community it serves. He’s focused on making sure every homeowner who searches for a plumber in the Lowcountry finds their way to a team they can trust.
When he’s not working, Cameron is usually at the gym, soaking up the sun at the beach, or spending time with his golden retriever, Enzo.
