These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Pineapple Plumbing LLC to customers and people who request service from us.

Program name: Pineapple Plumbing.

What we text about: Replies to your service or estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices, and follow-up after your plumbing work is finished.

How you opt in: By checking the optional SMS consent box on a form at pineappleplumbingchs.com (including our homepage estimate form and our Contact Us page), or by texting us first. Checking the box is not required to submit a request, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency: Varies depending on your service request and appointments.

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To receive texts again later, reply START.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
